1. The Mission Statement of ‘T.F.C Academy’

2.‘T.F.C Academy’ 의 정체성
▶ ‘T.F.C Academy’ 는 3 가지의 정체성을 가진다.
1. Teaching for Christ : 2 Timothy 3:14-17
교육의 목적은 예수 그리스도의 책임 있는 제자를 양성하는데 있으며,
교육의 내용은 성경과 성경적 세계관을 기초로 한 삶을 가르치며,
교육의 방법은 기독교적 모델된 삶을 보여주고, 기독교적 가르침을 통하여 이루어지고,
교육의 평가는 오직 예수 그리스도를 닮아가는 삶을 통해 성령의 열매를 통해 이루어진다.
위의 내용을 실천할 수 있는 기독교학교를 설립 운영 및 기존 기독교학교의 교육을 회복하는데 정체성을 둔다.
2. Teacher for Christ: 1 Corinthians 4:15-16, 11:1
예수님의 삶을 모델로 삼고, 그리스도의 심장을 가진 아비된 기독교사를 양성하여, 이들을 필요로 하는 곳에 파송하고, 또한 현지 선교지역의 교사들을 훈련함과 동시에 기독교사들의 네트워크를 통해 서로 협력하게 하는데 정체성을 둔다.
3. Training for Christ: 1 Timothy 4:6-8
학생과 교사, 자녀와 부모, 나와 이웃 등 각자의 역할과 정체성에 대한 이해를 바탕으로 그리스도인으로서 갖추어야 할 자질과 역할들을 훈련함으로 세상의 소금과 빛의 역할을 하는 기독부모, 기독교사, 기독자녀, 기독학생들을 세우는데 정체성을 둔다.
이를 위해 T.F.C Academy는 교사선교 센터의 형태로 운영되며, 이 기관은 호산나 선교회 산하에 두고, 팀으로 사역하는 것을 원칙으로 한다.
Purpose
The C.E.A.M centre exists to transform and equip teachers and leaders to build up God’s Kingdom in the home, church and school through education.
The C.E.A.M team are called and dedicated to the cause of Christian Education in the areas of the home, church and school and see the importance and need to train and bring up the future generation in Christian Worldview in order for them to be able to live out their highest calling - to give glory to God and become like Christ. Therefore, the main ministries involve training those who have a vital role in teaching and having influence over children. (Teachers, Parents, Pastors)
Within the C.E.A.M Centre, there are three departments: T.F.C in Academics, T.F.C in Mission and T.F.C in Churches that serve in different ministries and areas but all with the same purpose.
3.‘T.F.C Academy’ 사역 기능
▶ ‘T.F.C Academy’ 는 다음과 같은 사역의 기능을 가진다.
l 시드니 호산나 선교회 내부의 교육적 기능을 담당하는 교육훈련 기관으로서의 기능
l 신앙, 인격, 실력 그리고 헌신된 교사들을 선발, 훈련, 육성하기 위한 교사교육기관의 기능
l 국내, 해외 교회교육 회복 운동, 자원개발 및 지원하는 교회 협력 기관으로서의 기능
l 국내, 국외적으로 성경적인 세계관을 바탕으로 한 교과과정을 연구 및 정립, 발간하여 보급하는 교육 컨설팅 및 연구회로서 기능
l 국외 (특히, 제 3세계 빈곤국가)를 섬길 수 있는 교사선교사 양성 및 파송기관의 기능
l 국내, 해외 기독교학교 설립, 운영 및 네트워크 즉 학교이식사업기관으로서의 기능
l 전 세계 각계각층에 지도자적 사람들과 전문적인 지도위원들의 적극적인 참여와 교육혁신을 위한 네트워크 협력기관의 기능
Ministry functions
▶ The function as an “Education and Training Institution” in charge of the educational functions within the Sydney Hosanna Mission organisation
▶ The function of a “Teachers Institution” that selects, trains and nurtures devoted Christian teachers in their faith, character, and skills.
▶ The function as a “Church Collaboration Organisation” to support domestic and overseas churches in restoring Sunday Schools, resource development and support.
▶ The function as an “Educational Consulting and Research Centre” that researches, creates, and publishes curriculum based on a biblical worldview both domestically and internationally.
▶ The function of a “Christian Teacher Training and Dispatching Agency” to train, serve and send out Education Missionaries to foreign countries (especially third world developing countries).
▶ The establishment, operation and networking of Christian schools in Australia, Korea and overseas.
▶ The function of a world wide “Networking Partner Organisation” that encourages the network and active participation of leaders and professional advisers in all corners of the world to in the area of educational innovation.
