제6조 (회원자격) Article 6 (Membership)
본회의 회원은 설립목적에 찬동하고 거듭난 그리스도인으로서 소정의 입회원서를 제출하여 가입절차를 마친 자로 이사회의 승인을 얻은 자로 다음 각호와 같이 구분한다.
1) 대표회원: 본회의 활동에 5년 이상 성실히 참여한 자로서 이사회에서 임명을 받은 자이어야 한다. (단, 실질적인 행정 업무나 현장 업무를 맡고 있는 자도 이사회에서 임명을 받을 자격이 있다.)
2) 정회원: 본 총회의 구성원이 되며, 회원으로 가입하고, 입회비 및 연회비를 완납 한 자로 한다. 그리고 본회의 활동에 1년 이상 성실히 참여한 자로서 이사회의 임명을 받은 자이어야 한다.
3) 준회원: 회원으로 가입 후 1년 이상 활동하지 않는 자 및 회비를 1년 이상 미납한 자로 한다.
4) 일반회원: 회원으로 가입하지 않은 경우지만, 본회의 목적에 찬동하며 그리스도인으로서 행실이 올바르고 정기모임에 참석하는 자로 한다.
5) 특별회원: 본 법인의 설립 취지에 찬동하고 적극적으로 본 법인의 사업에 참여하거나, 발전을 위하여 필요하다고 이사회에서 승인한 자로 한다.
The members of this organisation will comprise born again Christians who support the mission of our organization and have been accepted as members by the board of directors upon submission of the application for admission as member.
1) Representative member: Those members who have been actively involved in the operations of the organisation for at least five years and have been appointed as a representative member by the board. (However, any person may be appointed to carry out administrative or [field work] activities by the Board of Directors.)
2) Regular member: Member of this general meeting, who shall be registered as a regular member, and shall pay full admission fee and annual membership fee. Further, the person must have been actively involved in the organisation’s activities for at least one year and been appointed by the board.
3) Associate Member: Those who have not yet been actively involved for at least one year after joining as a member and those who have not paid more than one year of annual membership fee.
4) General Membership: Those, while not being registered members, who attend regular activities of the orgnisation in good faith as a Christian, in support of the mission of the organisation.
5) Special Members: Those persons approved by the board of directors, in support of the mission of the organisation, that actively participate in the business of the organisation or deemed necessary, by the Board, for its development.
제7조 (회원의 권리) Article 7 (Rights of Members)
본회의 회원은 본회의 목적달성을 위한 의견을 진술할 수 있으며 대표 회원 및 정회원은 총회에 출석하여 의결권을 행사할 수 있다.
The members of the organisation may state their opinions to achieve the mission of the organisation, and the representative members and active members may attend the general meeting of members and exercise their voting rights.
제8조 (회원의 의무) Article 8 (Membership Obligations)
본회의 회원은 다음 각 호의 의무를 진다. 단, 정회원만 선거권 및 피선거권을 갖는다.
1) 본회의 정관 및 제규정의 준수
2) 총회 및 이사회의 의결사항 이행
3) 회비 및 제분담금의 납부
1) Compliance with the Articles of Association and Regulations
2) Implementing the decisions of the general meeting and the Board of Directors
3) Payment of dues and fees
